The Marquis has three new tenants who have signed leases, Hayashi Sushi & Grill, Mattress Discounters and Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant.

Hayashi Sushi & Grill, an upscale restaurant with full bar,will open late 2008 or early 2009.  The restaurant will feature a sushi bar, 6-8 hibachi tables, dining room, and private meeting rooms. 

Mattress Discounters, which will also open late 2008 or early 2009, provides a selection of famous brands and a variety of all types of comfort levels and prices.  Brands include Tempur-pedic, Sealy, Simmons, and much more.

Hong Kong Chinese Resaurant will open soon after in February or March of 2009.
